Because I couldn't help myself, I bought the pretty, new red and black Nintendo DS... Alas, it has the dreaded dead pixel of doom! It seems a few of the new ones are having this problem, so instead of taking it back to Target and possibly getting another defected one, I called Nintendo. They're gonna pay for shipping and everything and send me a brand spankin' new DS within a couple weeks and make sure it is devoid of dead pixelness. Yay!

The customer service at Nintendo rocks. Just thought I'd share. The lady was so nice. ^-^
