Okay, scratch that last post. My brother has to evacuate because of the fires. He had to evacuate last year, as well, and the fires missed him that time, so I can only hope they miss him again.

It's supposedly really bad at Lake Arrowhead... My family used to own a house up there. Like my brother's house, the fires missed it last year, but we don't think it'll be so lucky this time around. There were a lot of memories at that house... We don't visit the mountains very often anymore, but when we do, we always drive by the old place and see how it's fairing. It'll be heart-breaking never to see it again.
